You may use our services as an anonymous user with limited credits, or create an account for additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
4. Credit System
- Credits are required to use our processing tools
- Credits are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy
- Credits do not expire
- Free daily credits are provided at our discretion and may be modified
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass our systems
- Use automated tools to abuse our service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. File Processing
- Files are processed on our secure servers
- Files are automatically deleted after processing
- We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files
- Processing times may vary based on file size and system load
7. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Credits are added to your account immediately after payment
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds are not available for used credits
8. Service Availability
While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
ClearMyMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Privacy

11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or website notification.
